Mock surveys and licensing readiness reviews
Your survey, run first. You get the findings before the surveyor does.
For programs with an accreditation survey, a provisional-to-full step or a licensure renewal in the next 3 to 12 months
A mock accreditation survey, virtual or on site, or a pre-licensure readiness review, run the way your accreditor or state would run it: documents, interviews, environment of care, and the policies behind each. You receive a written report ranked by risk, with the requirement cited and a fix assigned for every finding.

Compliance reviews
Your policies, checked against what actually happens and against the rules they answer to.
For programs that want to know where practice has drifted from policy before a surveyor finds out
A document and process review: we read the policies, walk the workflows, interview the people doing the work, and compare all three against state, federal and accreditation requirements. The result is a written findings report with each gap rated, cited and paired with a practical fix. No patient records are involved; a chart review is scoped separately if you need one.

Compliance and licensure
Licensure process support
Complete application packets, filed in the right order, with the regulator conversations handled.
For new programs, added locations, service-line expansions and license renewals
We assemble the packets, check them against the agency's own checklist, track every dependency between state, federal and accreditation approvals, and coordinate with the regulator so questions get answered once. You know what is due, what is pending and what is next.

Regulatory consulting
A straight answer on what the rule requires, how your state differs, and what it means for your building and your operations.
For leaders weighing a new state, a new service or a facility change
Rule interpretation with the citation attached. State-to-state comparisons when you are deciding where to expand. Facility design advice against the physical plant, security and storage requirements before the lease is signed. Operational efficiency evaluations when the program runs but costs too much to run.
Repetitive work, automated on the tools you already pay for.
For any organization where staff time is going to re-keying, chasing, routing and reporting
We map the process, build the automation, document it and hand it over. Typical targets: client and vendor onboarding, document collection and routing, invoice and approval flows, recurring reports and dashboards, inbox triage, and the handoffs between systems that someone currently does by hand. Healthcare, professional services, construction, nonprofits: the industries differ, the fix is the same.

Automation and AI
AI training for teams
A team that uses AI confidently, safely, and on the work that actually fills their day.
For any business whose team is already using AI, or being asked to, without clear rules
Hands-on sessions built around your team's real tasks, not generic demos: writing, research, analysis, customer communication, reporting. We cover what never goes into a public tool, how to check the output, and where AI saves time versus where it creates risk. You leave with an AI use policy your staff have already been trained on, and a short list of wins they can repeat Monday morning.

Guardrail: no client names or account numbers Draft a reply to this complaint. Acknowledge the delay, offer the two options we discussed, keep it under 120 words.
Here is a draft in your tone, 104 words, with both options and a clear next step. Two things to verify before sending: the ship date and the refund window.
Verified. Save this as our complaint-reply pattern.

Grant research and writing
Funding that fits what you want to build. Applications written to be scored.
For organizations with a project waiting on funding: expansion, new services, equipment, capacity
We find federal, state, tribal and foundation opportunities that match the project, run a go or no-go before anyone starts writing, and then write the narrative, the budget justification and the evaluation plan to the scoring rubric.

Project management
An owner for the rollout, the launch or the system change, from scope to handoff.
For leaders with a project that matters and no one with the time to drive it
Software implementations, new locations, process changes, vendor transitions. We write the plan, run the schedule, keep vendors and stakeholders aligned, and report in plain language, so the people accountable for the outcome can keep doing their jobs. Led by a certified Project Management Professional.

Data analytics
Numbers you can run the business on: clean data, clear dashboards, decisions you can defend.
For organizations making decisions on reports nobody fully trusts, or data scattered across spreadsheets
We gather the data, clean it, and build the reporting leadership actually uses: KPI dashboards, demand and service-area analysis, financial and operational trends, and the one-page views that turn a monthly meeting into a decision. Built in the tools you already have and documented so your team can maintain them.

Questions we hear first
Why are there two websites?
Policy packages get a site of their own so there is room for the detail: exactly what is in a package and which states are ready. This site covers the whole firm and is home to the compliance, licensure, automation and growth services. Wherever you start, you reach the same person.
Do you only work with healthcare organizations?
No. Policy packages, mock surveys, compliance reviews, licensure support and regulatory consulting are built for behavioral health programs. Workflow automation, AI training, project management, data analytics and grant writing are for any organization: professional services, construction, nonprofits, agencies, and healthcare alike.
Is the work remote?
Yes. Nearly everything is delivered remotely. AI training runs live online, or on site for larger teams when that works better.
Do you act as our compliance officer or represent us in a survey?
No. We run mock surveys and reviews, support the licensure process and advise on the rules, but your program keeps its own compliance leadership and speaks for itself with regulators. We make sure it is ready to.
Will a compliance review or mock survey need patient records?
Compliance reviews are document and process based and need none. A mock survey mirrors the real one, which includes chart review; when that is in scope we sign a business associate and qualified service organization agreement first and review records in your system, never by copying them.
We already use AI. Why train?
Because unguided use is where the risk is: confidential information pasted into public tools, confident output nobody checked, and most of the time savings left on the table. Training replaces guessing with a policy and habits your whole team shares.
Can you combine services?
Often that is the point. A grant-funded expansion needs a project manager. A new dashboard usually reveals a process worth automating. One proposal covers whatever mix fits, under one scope.
